World Declaration Education For All and Framework for Action to Meet Basic Learning Needs (Jomtien, Thailand, 5-9 March 1990)
Every person - child, youth and adult - shall be able to benefit from educational opportunities designed to meet their basic learning needs. The Declaration sets the Education For All process which encourages world community and international solidarity to promote and give accessible Education For All.
