Inclusive education for learners with disabilities

Inclusive education for learners with disabilities
Inclusive education requires three key considerations – mainly at the national level, but also at European and international levels: Political will; An in-depth systemic change in the focus on education to increase the capacity of the education system; A reflection on, re-definition and re-organisation of the existing and required human and financial resources. This study aims to identify the extent to which these three considerations are taken into account at international, European and national levels.
