Inclusive Education Policy (Ghana, 2013)
The Inclusive Education Policy defines the strategic path of the government for the education of all children with special educational needs. This policy is the outcome of a series of discussions and consultations between numerous stakeholders in the education sector. The contribution of state actors particularly the Ministry of Education, the Ghana Education Service, the Ministry of Health, the National Council for Persons with Disability and the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social protection are acknowledged.
